Our low-cost Spay/ Neuter Clinic is available to the public in an effort to make an impact on the homeless pet population and reduce euthanasia of animals on the streets here in Oahu. We firmly believe that spaying and neutering saves lives and that you can be part of the solution.
We also offer minor surgeries at low-cost to be able to provide affordable pet care to those in need. It is our hope that we can make a difference in pet lives and in our community.
How it works
- Surgery is performed on Tuesday through Friday with some availability on Saturdays.
- For dogs, surgery sign-in begins promptly at 8:15am and ends promptly at 8:45am. For cats, surgery sign-in begins promptly at 8:45am and ends promptly at 9:15am.
- Pick up is the same day. Generally dogs will be ready to go home by 1pm and cats around 3pm, but our receptionist will call you when they are ready to be picked up. There will be a late fee for pick ups after 4pm.
- Payment is required at the time of pickup and may be in the form of cash, check, credit or debit card. We do not accept Care Credit at this time.

Appointments are required for all surgeries.
Cats & dogs must be at least 8 weeks old for surgery. - A physical exam is recommended prior to surgery for any senior pets (7 years old or older).
- All pets must be spayed/neutered prior to or during elective surgeries.
Pricing
Dog Spay & Neuter Pricing
- Small Dog Spay <45lbs: $400
- Small Dog Neuter <45lbs: $300
- Large Dog Spay >45lbs: $450
- Large Dog Neuter >45lbs: $350
- Dogs Over 80lbs: Not Able To
Accommodate At This Time - All standard canine spays and neuters will now come with a complimentary e-collar.
- Additional charges may apply. Extra charges include but are not limited to the election of additional services, pets that are in heat or have a mature uterus, if the pet is cryptorchid or if flea treatment is necessary day of surgery to protect the other animals in our clinic.
Other Surgery Services
We offer mass removals, cherry eye, soft tissue and other lifesaving surgeries. Call (808) 754-1519 for more details or to schedule. Per our organizational policy, pets must be spayed or neutered in order to receive any surgical procedure.
