Hi, I’m Wombat!
I’m a 3.5-year-old Terrier mix with a heart full of love and a dream of finding a family to call my own. My favorite thing is spending time with people, soaking up attention, and being your loyal companion.
Right now, I’m being treated for heartworm, so I’m looking for a calm, comfy home where I can relax while I recover. The good news is that heartworm is treatable, and Oahu SPCA will cover the entirety of my heartworm treatment at their facility, so my future family can focus on loving me while I heal.
Other dogs can make me a little nervous at first, but with slow introductions, patience, and time, I think I could learn to have a canine friend. More than anything, I just want a family who will give me the chance I deserve.
