Hyde has spent a week with a trainer. During this time, the trainer has had nothing but wonderful things to say about Hyde. With that being said, we believe that Hyde's "bad habits", such as occasionally being protective of toys and food, have more to do with the stressors of being in the shelter. It appears that away from the shelter, Hyde is a true gentleman. Please keep in mind, that Hyde has been in the shelter for the majority of his life. All he knows is his kennel, which has resulted in him feeling the need to protect the only space he has ever known.
